"This is my first ever purchase from Herschel because I needed a bag to carry my laptop in plus everything else I carry with me daily. The fact that there is only one pocket on the inside is so frustrating. I like to keep my bags/purses organized but less than a week in, and this bag just became a burden. I had to essentially dump the bag upside down to find anything I was looking for. The outside pockets are nice because they can hold water bottles, but only having 3 pockets and them all being external is frustrating. The drawstring seems almost impossible to open and close top. I feel like I need 3 hands to do it. I stopped using the bag completely. I wish I could return it."
